Payment for online courses is via Stripe, you will see on payment page an option to put in a coupon code, this is not active for IPAV courses so please ignore and just enter your bank card details in space below.

Once an online CPD has been completed and 50% pass rate achieved on the quiz, the certificate will be available to download online.
In the case of online webinars or conferences the users will automatically receive their certificate by email from IPAV.

The payment service that IPAV use for online CPD bundles is called Stripe. Once payment is made for a bundle, the Stripe receipt is automatically sent to your email. If not in your main email box, then please check your spam/ junk mail. If the receipt is still not there, then please contact Jakub@ipav.ie

Please select “Exit Activity” in the top right-hand corner. Please click on the course again and it will bring you to where you left off. Please ensure that the sound is turned on and that you do not open any other tabs in your web browser as the course will stop and will not allow you to continue forward.

PSRA CPD must be completed by 31st of December 2024. 

The online CPD portal closes midnight on the 31st of December.

There is no specific bundle for each license type. Please select any bundle with the topics that are of most interest to you. Upon full completion of the bundle, you will receive your 5 PSRA CPD hours.

Yes, please email Jakub@ipav.ie and we will remove the additional PSRA CPD bundle from your account and process a refund. Please note that refunds after the 31st of December may not be processed.

A refund can take up to 5 – 10 business working days.

Yes, you do not need to be a member of IPAV to complete your PSRA CPD.
